What happens if I have to cancel my session?

Cancelling by email: please do so at least 48hrs before your session otherwise the full amount is due. Cancelling by phone: please do so at least 24hrs before your session otherwise the full amount is due.

What happens if I can't make a workshop I have booked?

All deposits (£50) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Workshops cancelled within a week from the workshop start date will lose their deposit. Workshops cancelled within 48hrs of the start date will have to pay the full workshop fee.

Private Workshops Policy

Private workshops must be paid in full before booking and are non refundable from the last two weeks before the start date. No discounts apply to private workshops. Over two weeks notice are required to cancel or change the date. Cancellations within the last two weeks: the full fee is due.

Organising a workshop in your area:

You may wish to organise a workshop in your home. These are one day workshops with a minimum of 5 people. This number may be more depending on the distance from London. The organiser comes for free.

Cost is £125 per person and the full workshop fee is payable in advance upon booking and is refundable only up to the last two weeks before the workshop start date.

Concessions

Occasionally there are concessions on workshops if you are not working. Please speak to me in person or send an email.

Exceptions

In case of a genuine emergency which prevents you from attending at the last minute there may be a possibility of transferring your payment to another date. Please email me about this including any relevant documents.

All cancellation fees go to subsidising concessions on sessions and workshops.
