What happens if I have to cancel my session?

Cancelling by email: please do so at least 48hrs before your session otherwise the full amount is due. Cancelling by phone: please do so at least 24hrs before your session otherwise the full amount is due.

What happens if I can't make a workshop I have booked?

All payments are non-refundable but your booking may be transfered to another scheduled workshop if places are available. If need be you may offer your place to a friend.

Australian Workshops Policy

Because of the cost involved in organising foreign workshops all bookings are final. If you need to cancel, you may offer your place to a friend. In this case please email us with their contact details.

Private Workshops Policy

Private workshops must be paid in full before booking and are non refundable, although the date may be changed up until the last 2 weeks.No discounts apply to private workshops.

Organising a workshop in your area:

You may wish to organise a workshop in your home. These are one day workshops with a minimum of 4 paying people. This number may be more depending on the distance from London. The organiser's place is free.

Cost is £125 per person payable in advance upon booking and is non-refundable. If you need to cancel you may give your place to a friend or come to a scheduled London workshop instead. The organiser/host comes for free.

Concessions

Occasionally there are concessions on workshops if you are not working. Please phone me or send an email to discuss your situation.

 

All cancellation fees go to subsidising concessions on sessions and workshops.
